About the Vineyard
Portland Vineyard is one of a collection of churches called the Association of Vineyard Churches. While technically not a denomination, we are connected by relationship and a common value system. Vineyard began about 25 years ago and currently has about 1000 churches worldwide. For more information on Vineyard see www.vineyardusa.org

PVC began in 1996 when our pastors, Glenn and Donna Schroder were sent out from the Vineyard church they had been a part of for 20 years to start a new church here in the Portland area. Since that time PVC has planted 2 more churches in NE Portland and Hillsboro and maintains a vision to see God's Kingdom built in the greater Portland area.
